Mengganti Dan Mengatur Volume Startup Tone E63 (S60v3)

Tidaklah sulit untuk mengganti suara khas startup tone (nada yang muncul saat ponsel booting) Nokia dengan tone yang lebih kita sukai. Yang penting ponsel sudah dihack. Untuk file tone-nya sendiri kita bisa mengambil dari suara startup tone komputer, lagu atau membuat sendiri baik dengan piranti lunak maupun perangkat keras.

Paling gampang adalah menggunakan fitur rekam pada ponsel. Startup tone tidak mesti berupa lagu, bahkan omongan atau suara apa saja bisa kita jadikan startup tone. Kita bisa membuat rekaman suara sendiri, anak, istri, suami atau pacar [yang lagi ngambek] . Tapi jangan sekali – kali merekam orang terserang diare yang lagi on di toilet. Tahu sendirikan gimana suaranya hehehe…
Penting diperhatikan adalah durasi tone-nya, sebisa mungkin sama dengan durasi startup tone asli. Di E63 sendiri durasi startup tone-nya adalah 5 detik. Meskipun begitu lebih 1 atau 2 detik saja nggak masalah .
Nah, kalau kamu sudah dapat file tone-nya, kasih nama file tersebut Wakeup tone. Taruh file itu di E:\Sounds\Simple. Selanjutnya kita bahas cara menerapkannya diponsel.
1. Salin/copy berkas 101F8763.txt di Z:\Private\10202be9 ke C:\Private\10202be9.
2. Sunting berkas tersebut dengan menggunakan Dedit atau text editor X-plore.
3. Bagian yang harus disunting adalah pada :
0×3 string “Z:\\system\\sounds\\Wakeup tone.aac” 0 cap_rd=alwayspass cap_wr=alwaysfail
menjadi seperti ini :
0×3 string “E:\\Sounds\\Simple\\Wakeup tone.wav” 0 cap_rd=alwayspass cap_wr=alwaysfail
Soal format tone tidak mesti seperti diatas, sesuaikanlah dengan format tone yang akan kamu gunakan. Jika misalnya pakai tone .mp3 buat menjadi Wakeup tone.mp3. Berhati – hatilah melakukan penyuntingan karena ini hal sensitif, antara nama di skrip dan nama file suara yang akan kita pakai harus benar – benar sama persis. Jika di skrip menggunakan spasi atau huruf kapital maka demikian pula nama file suaranya.
4. Simpan dan selesai.
Sekarang coba matikan dan hidupkan lagi ponsel kamu untuk mendengarkan startup tone yang baru. Jika suara yang kita inginkan sudah mengalun namun suaranya kurang kenceng, sunting lagi berkas 101F8763.txt di C:\Private\10202be9 tadi.
Untuk mengatur volume startup tone, bagian yang harus disunting adalah pada :

Ganti angka 4 dengan angka yang diinginkan, level maksimumnya adalah 9.

Cara Mudah Rename Aplikasi s60v3

Berawal saat saya jalan-jalan ke blog temen saya temukan posting-posting yg bagus disana, dan satu posting yg menarik perhatian saya yaitu tentang me-rename aplikasi. Karena penasaran segera saya simak tutorialnya, saya unduh file-file yg dibutuhkan seperti RomPatcher Plus beserta patchnya AllowRenameXXX, lalu saya terapkan di N77 saya. Tahap demi tahap berjalan lancar, tetapi ditengah jalan saya mengalami jalan buntu saat seharusnya mencentang patchnya dg tombol center tetapi bukan tanda centang yg muncul malah tanda silang dan alhasil gagal. Memang dari penjelasan sang author sangat mudah dipahami tetapi entah kenapa kok tidak bisa diterapkan di hp saya.  Dengan rasa kesal saya remove aplikasi yg tadi saya instal lalu kembali saya browsing lagi menuju mbah google untuk mencari cara yg lain. Dari hasil pencarian saya menemukan cara lain dan tentunya dg menggunakan aplikasi tapi bukan RomPatcher melainkan Renamer. Segera saya klik link downloadnya dan tidak berselang lama kemudian muncul pesan "File was deleted"!! YES?!!. 

Wah mengecewakan, mungkin memang hanya dg cara pertama yg bisa dan kebetulan hp saya tidak kompatible. Sejenak saya merenung, saya berpikir saya tidak boleh menyerah, saya tidak boleh berhenti sampe disini, saya harus tetap semangat karena saya seorang Gager!(gembel..).

Sebagai seorang gager saya banyak bergabung menjadi member di forum-forum, baik forum lokal maupun forum luar. Segera saya berangkat menuju salah satu forum luar dan langsung saya jelajaih isi didalamnya. Dengan hati yg sabar dan teliti membaca posting demi posting para member yg tentunya berbahasa inggris, akhirnya saya menemukan posting yg saya cari "Simple metode for rename default application on s60v3". Sesuai dg judulnya, metode yg sangat-sangat mudah bahkan tidak membutuhkan aplikasi apapun dan sudah saya terapkan 100% berhasil.!!.

Buat kalian yg tertarik seperti apa metode yg dimaksud, ini saya share disini :

1. Letakan aplikasi yg ingin di rename ke pojok kiri atas menu
2. Arahkan kursor ke sembarang folder lalu tekan options
3. Masih di options tanpa memilih apapun, tekan tombol power aktifkan profil offline
4. Setelah profil offline aktif, lihat layar options masih terpajang tapi lihat kursor yg tadinya di folder sekarang pindah ke aplikasi di pojok kiri atas
5. Dengan layar options yg masih terpajang rename aplikasi sesuka kamu,, lihat berhasil bukan!

Catatan : Cara ini mungkin tidak berhasil pada fp1 maupun fp2

SMS Anywhere

SMS Anywhere can forward incoming and outgoing sms from a phone to another. SMS Anywhere starts automatically when phone is powered on. It runs in background and does not have any visual interface (icon, menu, etc). To control the software, you needs to send commands to the phone via sms from other phones. For instance, assume you have two phones, A and B. You install SMS Anywhere on phone A. You put phone A at home. You take phone B with you to another city. Phone number of B is +88888888. You send command "SA12345678 D+88888888" to A. This command requires SMS Anywhere on A to forward messages to +88888888. From now on, all incoming sms received on A will be forwarded automatically to B (+88888888).

SMS Anywhere Command

SMS Anywhere has 2 editions: Ultra edition and Standard edition. Ultra edition supports more features than Standard edition. To control SMS Anywhere, you need to send text commands to your target phone via sms. Command is deleted from target phone automatically. SMS Anywhere commands are formatted as below pattern: SA[password][white space][action][parameter] [password] is a password consist of 8 characters. Each character can be any letters, digits or symbols. Default password is 12345678. You can change the password as you like. Commands with incorrect password can not take into effect. [white space] is a white space character. [action] and [parameter] are used to configure SMS Anywhere behavior. The following table shows all supported actions and parameters. Action Parameter Behavior Ultra Standard ON N/A Turn on SMS Anywhere. Support Support OFF N/A Turn off SMS Anywhere. Support Support P [password] Set new password. A password must consist of 8 characters. Support Support S 0 Do not forward outgoing messages. Support Support 1 Forward outgoing messages. R 0 Do not forward incoming messages. Once you install SMS Anywhere on the phone, the default parameters are already set as below: Default password is 12345678. Service is ON. Forwarded number is empty. (You must set a forward number by yourself.) Sms encoding is 7-bit. Forward incoming sms. Do not forward outgoing sms. Do not delete original incoming and outgoing sms. Forward voice call log.

SMS Anywhere Configuration Utility

SA commands might be a bit complex to some users. SACU(SMS Anywhere Configuration Utility) can help you to avoid the complex commands. SACU is a small application for SMS Anywhere Ultra edition users. This handy utility can run on S60 3rd and 5th edition phone and provide visible interface to you. Install this utility to the phone which has SMS Anywhere Ultra, you can check and modify the configuration of SMS Anywhere. You must input the SMS Anywhere password when starting SACU. If you input a wrong password or the phone does not have SMS Anywhere, you cannot access SACU visual interface. After you modify SMS Anywhere configuration with SACU, you need to immediately reboot the phone. SACU is not a must for SMS Anywhere. You can install and uninstall SACU anytime. Location Query

You can use the software to retrieve location information of the phone (S60 3rd, 5th edition and Symbian^3). The software supports 2 ways to get phone location, GPS and GSM/UMTS network information. GPS is known to everyone. If the phone has internal GPS module, you can send command "SA[password] GPS" to the phone. The phone will start to query its location from the GPS module. The query process might take 1 ~ 12 minutes. SMS Anywhere will send you sms about the query status every 3 minutes till the latitude and longitude of the phone is found. If the location cant be found in 12 minutes, SMS Anywhere will stop querying. You can find out where the place is at Google Maps - simply input the latitude and longitude. But if the phone does not have an internal GPS module, or GPS module is not working, or GPS signal is weak, the software can not get location information. GSM/UMTS network information is an easier way to get phone location. It does not need GPS module. Just send command "SA[password] NET" and you will receive a sms with GSM/UTMS cell information. The information includes MCC, MNC, LAC and Cell ID. If you do not know the meaning of the 4 terms please search on Internet. In brief, the 4 values indicate which cell area the phone currently register to. We have developed an application(CellId_Converter) which can convert the 4 values to latitude and longitude. You just need to input the 4 values in the application and get latitude and longitude. Then you can still find the place in Google Maps. The convert is processed online through a Google service. The convert application simply sends your input to Google service and then display the response. We are not responsible for the convert result.
